EVENT CENTER RENTAL

Our state-of-the-art Event Center is the perfect event venue any time of the year. It features 5 floor-to-ceiling cargo doors that can be opened for maximum traffic and air flow on cool desert nights. It’s also fully air-conditioned, making it the perfect retreat from the summer heat. Of course, our 1.6 mile road course, and postcard-perfect Arizona skies and sunsets make a beautiful backdrop for every event.

What is the maximum number of guests you can host?

Our Event Center hosts up to 433 seated guests.

Can I decorate for my event?

Yes, you may bring in any decorations that you wish. Please note that we can also provide you with solid black or black and white checkered table cloths.

Do you offer tables and chairs?

Yes we have 19 5ft round tables and 125 black folding chairs.

Do you have a dedicated event staff, bartenders?

Yes, we have a dedicated event staff and a list of preferred bartender vendors that we can recommend to you.

Is there onsite parking?

Yes, we have 60 complimentary parking spots. Depending on the size of event, we also have an area for additional parking that you are able to rent.

Do you provide onsite security?

Yes, the level of security needed can be discussed with your event planner.

Am I responsible for clean up?

Yes, you are responsible for general clean up of the facility and removing any items that you bring in. We will take care of any of our property (tables, chairs, linens).

What is your rental fee structure?

This is dependent on several factors. Please inquire for details.

What is your deposit policy?

A deposit is required.

What are your refund and rescheduling policies?

When a schedule change is required:

  • Over 30 days from event date: No Cost.
  • 30-15 days before your event: $250
  • Within 14 days of your event: $500

Refund Policy

  • Over 60 days from event start date: 25%
  • 60-31 days before event start date: 50% cancellation fee
  • Within 30 days of event start date: No refunds are given, although all applicable credits will remain on file to be applied to future programs and are transferrable.
