Every Lotus Driving Experience gives you hours in the pilot’s seat of the mid-engine sports car. You’ll begin your Lotus Driving Experience with a 360-degree Lotus presentation that explains the combination of art and science, form and function, that has become the hallmark of Lotus engineering.
As a driver, you’ll get to know the technical marvel of the Evora GT through a combination of four unique driving exercises. You’ll enjoy the full capabilities as a driver, as well as experience the extreme performance as a passenger during our instructor-led thrill rides.
The Lotus Driving Experience is the perfect opportunity for performance enthusiasts to become familiar with a car that was inspired by aviation aerodynamics, geometric forms of nature and the muscular agility found throughout the animal kingdom.

The Lotus Connection
The Lotus Driving Experience at Radford Racing School was forged through the relationship between Lotus and Radford Motors, which is led by championship F1 driver Jenson Button and TV personality, Ant Anstead. In recent years, the Radford Motors team has worked with Lotus to build bespoke cars for drivers seeking the ultimate craftsmanship, luxury and driving pleasure combined. Among them is the limited edition Lotus Type 62-2, which was coachbuilt by Radford Motors, and features exquisitely detailed, fully customizable options.
Course Policies
Insurance Policy – Radford Racing School offers vehicle and property damage limitation as an option to all students. The following optional limitation policies apply for the Lotus Driving Experience:
- $100 per day / $8000 deductible insurance now included with registration!
Refund Policy – When a refund is requested:
- 30 days or more before your course, there is a $250 fee
- 29-11 days before your course, there is a $500 fee or 50% loss of course deposit, whichever is less
- Less than 10 days before your course, there is a 50% loss of course price
- A no-show will result in 100% forfeiture of the amount paid for the course
- Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but are transferable
Rescheduling Policy – When a schedule change is requested:
- 30 days or more before your course, one (1) change is allowed without penalty. Additional changes are $250 each
- 29-11 days before your course, there is a $500 fee or 50% loss of course deposit, whichever is less
- Less than 10 days before your course, there is a 50% loss of course price
Note: Early departure from any course will result in a total forfeiture of the amount paid. Radford reserves the right to adjust or end training due to unsafe student behavior and/or abuse to equipment.
